1.1 Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of the purchase date.
Items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Gift cards.
Downloadable software products.
Personal care items (e.g., health and hygiene products).

Pack the item securely, including all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.

2. Refunds
2.1 Refund Processing
